Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Double Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming of light to heavy weight material such as multi-wall paper, PP/PE woven cloth, jute bags, etc.
This model is used as a sewing head of paper bag sewing machine complete set, such as Model TN-2D, 6N, DSM-3, 7N, etc.
* Note: When ordering, please specify whether paper bags or PP/PE woven cloth bags.
Automatic tape cutting is available by air cutter.
■DN-2W (twin-seam bag sewing machine head)
Two Needle, Plain Feed, Flat bed, Four Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming of light to heavy weight fabric such as PP/PE woven cloth or jute bags. This model is a variation of model DN-2HS, and effects a twin seam with two each of needles and loopers. Recommended when strong seam is required. Can be used as a single needle machine by simply removing one needle or the other.
Needle clearance is 6mm between seams and 6.5mm in feeding direction.
■DR-3A (bag sewing machine head)
Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Double Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming openings of very heavy weight fabric such as jute or PP/PE woven cloth bags. Extra heavy-duty machine for sewing very thick material with chain stitch. Single thread chain stitch is available by replacing some parts.
