Computer-controlled system for efficient plate mounting and proof printing
This machine incorporates a computer-controlled flexographic plate mounting and proof pressing system. In addition to precise plate mounting, it also performs proof printing after the plates have been mounted. Thanks to it’s computer controlled system, mounting is both accurate and efficient. It also supports the mounting of multiple small plates (typesetting) instead of using large-format plates, helping to reduce plate costs. An optional model is available with an air mandrel system, allowing for quick and easy installation or removal of sleeve-type plate cylinders with a single touch.

- The plate cylinder and impression cylinder are each driven by independent servo motors, enabling synchronized rotation for highly accurate proof pressing.
