Sealing Process – Pinch Bags with or without Inner PE Layer
Pinch Bag (Single Pinch)
Bag top is folded in 90 degrees after product filling. Hot-melt glue is melted by heater air. The bag top is folded in 90 degrees again and pressed and sealed by press rolls.
Pinch Bag with Inner PE Layer (Double Pinch)
PE layer is heated by pre-heater and sealed by air heaters. Hot-melt glue is then melted by heaters. The bag top is pressed and sealed.
