The model number is determined based on the bag width, but this catalog only displays representative models. As a high-speed machine, its functions have been further upgraded compared to conventional models. Changeover time has been significantly reduced, and the machine can handle a wider range of bag sizes, offering enhanced speed and efficiency. We offer a lineup of models that meet customer demands.
- A transparent safety cover has been added from the tube forming section to the cutting device, improving safety.
- All adjustments except for change gear replacement can be performed from the operator side.
- The layout minimizes vertical movement of the paper, allowing for smooth feeding and high-speed operation.
- When using pre-printed paper, accurate cutting is achieved with a photoelectric sensor (optional) that synchronizes with the machine’s rotation.
- Models equipped with a servo motor (gearless and shaftless), available as an option, are indicated as the “TS type” (e.g., Model 6013TS) following the model number.

Handle Making Unit
500H Series
Flat Handle Making Unit
The flat paper tape is folded sequentially in one direction to make the 8-folded flat paper strap-handle. This handle is then pasted inside the bag along with the paper patch.This inward folding of the handle is concealed in the bag as standard, allows the finished bags to easily handle. Handle unconcealed type device is option. Optional model number-HS (i.e. 508HS etc.) is specified by machine with servo-motors.

Answer the needs of several flat handle widths
The flat handle forming unit supports two types of handle shape (by upper and lower forming unit). It is choosenable two sizes of handel widths within 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, and 18mm. This unit also can be connected to the bag making machine (models such as 1532TS, 2036TS, and 1546CTS).
500TH Series
Twisted Handle Making and Attaching Unit
500TH series twisted handle making unit makes continuous handle by sandwiching the handle material with a patch paper which is then cut into pieces for the specified size. 400H series attaching unit places the pieces inside the bag. Two types of handles are available: twisted paper or twisted plastic material. Optional model number-HS (i.e. 460HS etc.) is specified by machine with servo-motors.
