Full Color Ink Jet Printer

Newlong had newly developed an inline digital printer model NDP1250 for bag making machine. By transferring the digital printing data into the machine, it enables printing on each individual bag with different designs.※1 It can easily handle orders for small lots with a wide variety of products. This is our high-end model and the world's first solution in bag making industry. ※2 With the optional rewinding device, the machine is capable to perform roll to roll rewinding. FK Series

The FK series is a stack type flexographic printing press for priting on one side in either 2-color or 3-color print and can be used in combination with a winding machine. It is best suited for printing kraft paper (SOS) bags even in direct coupling with a bag making machine.

FF Series

Newlong presents the stack type flexographic printing press developed through the latest electronics and precision technology after long term experiences supplying more than 1,000 machines both of C.I.type and stack type into printing industry. Using water-based flexographic ink results to reducing environmental impact while maintaining excellent printing quality. When paired with Newlong’s doctor chamber system, our solution enables precise and refined decorative printing to meet a wide range of customer needs. Winding machines are also manufactured in-house with a variety of options.
