■Kraft paper bag

First stitched, then heat seal tape sealed for sift-proof closure.

■Paper bag w/inner PE film

First seal inner PE and then stitches over seal line.

■Kraft paper bag (w/o stitching)

Crease and fold the bag top once, then seal with over tape.

■Paper bag w/inner PE film (w/o stitching)

First seal the inner PE , make a crease and fold the bag top once, then seal it with over tape.

KS-1 series

Model KS-1○○: The bag is closed by stitching and then sealed with over tape.
KS-14 and KS-16 support inner layer sealing.

KS-2 series

Model KS-2○○: The inner PE layer is sealed using two (or three) pairs of heaters, and then stitched with crepe tape.
KS-23/KS-24: inner sealing then stitching with crepe tape.
KS-23D/KS-24D: dust cleaning , inner sealing, stitching with crepe tape.
KS-S: Dedicated machine for stitching with crepe tape only by DS-7C sewing head.




KS-3 series

Without using a sewing machine, this model simply makes a crease, folds the bag top, and seals it with over tape.This sealer is highly effective at preventing foreign object contamination.

KS-31: makes a crease, folds the bag top, and seals it with over tape (without inner seal).
KS-32: inner seals, makes a crease, folds the bag top, and seals it with over tape.

3or4 means: three (or four) pairs of heaters for inner seal.
D: dust cleaner / -2 : two pairs of heaters for over tape seal.
