HEAT SEALED SOS BAG MAKING MACHINE

Designed for production of SOS bags with bottom and side seam heat sealed. These heat sealed bags are mainly used for packaging of agricultual medicines,chemicals, coffee, cookies, powdery products, and poisonous products, all of which require leak-proof packaging, particularly in the areas of side seam and bottom seam.

FEATURES
	Equipped with two heating zones for the most stable and positive heat closure.
	Bottom patch can be applied with glue on the entire area.

PROCESS

1. Partially finished bags with the side seam heat sealed by the SOS Bag Machine are stacked in the magazine of the 22B.	2. Bag bottoms(which are not glued)are opened up and tightly heat sealed crosswise.	3. Bottom flaps are folded inside and closed firmly with a spot of hot melt glue.	4. Bag is finished with a bottom patch.
